4.3 KYC Documentation. fb0001 will request one or more of the following documents to complete identity and age verification in compliance with PAGCOR requirements: (a) a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a PhilSys card, UMID, driver's licence, or passport; (b) proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months; (c) such additional documentation as fb0001 or PAGCOR may require from time to time.
4.4 fb0001 may suspend or restrict an Account and withhold withdrawals until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. This is a regulatory requirement and applies equally to all players, regardless of account balance or activity level.
4.5 You are responsible for keeping your Account information accurate and up to date. Changes to your registered mobile number must be submitted through official account settings and are subject to re-verification.

6.1 Currency. All transactions on the fb0001 Platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). fb0001 does not accept or process foreign currency deposits.
6.2 Accepted Payment Methods. fb0001 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven, and QR Ph. Available methods may be updated without prior notice.
6.3 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum transaction limits apply per method and are displayed at the point of transaction.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable Wagering Requirement is stated for each Promotion and must be met within any validity period specified.
7.3 Bonus Abuse. fb0001 takes bonus integrity seriously. 9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fb0001 Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account Balance, and reporting to relevant regulatory authorities:
Zero Tolerance: fb0001 operates under PAGCOR regulatory oversight. Suspicious transactions, match manipulation, or fraudulent activity are reported to PAGCOR and, where applicable, to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines.
10.1 All content on the fb0001 Platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, game content, trademarks, logos, and the fb0001 brand identity — is the exclusive property of fb0001 or its content licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.

13.2 fb0001 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While fb0001 takes reasonable steps to ensure Platform availability and accuracy of information, it does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
13.3 fb0001's total aggregate liability to you for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude fb0001's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by fb0001's gross negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under Philippine law.
14.1 fb0001 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where: (a) there is a breach of these Terms; (b) there is evidence of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (c) the Account has been inactive for more than twenty-four (24) consecutive months; (d) continuation of the Account would expose fb0001 to regulatory risk or legal liability.
14.2 Upon Account termination for cause, fb0001 may withhold and forfeit any Bonus Funds and, where fraud or illegal activity is substantiated, any real-money Balance remaining in the Account pending regulatory investigation.
14.3 Where an Account is terminated without cause, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following standard KYC and AML checks.
14.4 Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting fb0001 Support. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, and any remaining verified Balance will be returned as above.
15.1 fb0001 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments will be notified to Players by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where material changes are made, by sending a notification to the registered mobile number or email address associated with your Account.
15.2 Continued use of the fb0001 Platform following the publication of amended Terms shall constitute your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure as provided in Section 14.
16.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
16.2 fb0001 operates under authority granted by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly between the Player and fb0001 Support may be escalated to PAGCOR for regulatory mediation.
16.3 Subject to Section 16.2, the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines in respect of any dispute or claim arising under or in connection with these Terms.
